Our Team

Brett Engstrom

After two decades of public law enforcement experience, Brett brings a wide range of knowledge, both specialized and professional in which he transposes into detail oriented fact based investigational results for our clientele. Brett has been the recipient of many awards throughout his career, he has always been a hard working employee and brings that same ethic to the private sector everyday. Integrity, empathy, humanity – is the triad that guides him.

Brett has extensive investigative experience in Commercial Vehicle Enforcement and Collision Reconstruction. He was trained through Texas A&M University and is a certified collision reconstructionist. He holds certification as an analyst and technician on the BOSCH CDR software systems and electronic data collection from vehicles as well as several other specialty certifications.

He is well versed in several different mapping systems and has investigated numerous fatal and non-fatal collisions over the years. He has conducted numerous DOT investigations, including inspecting fleet and commercial vehicles regulated by the federal safety standards. When conducting these inspections it would cover everything from proper licensing, records of duty, and all mechanical aspects of the vehicles rolling down our public roadways.

Brett has an uncanny ability to track and find what others have missed. If it’s a tough divorce and custody dispute, he looks at it from a unique perspective that they don’t just teach you in a book. Skip tracing and locating debt absconders, he literally crawls into their life and tracks them down like no other. That’s the reason why attorneys will use him in the periphery to help build solid cases.

Brett has a unique background from professional Indy Car industry, Hollywood movies, he is a race car driver and motocross enthusiast for over 40 years and always has a story about something while living life to the fullest. He is famous for two sayings; “It’s All Good” and “I gotta a guy for that.” Why is this relevant? Life experience and a servant’s heart combined with an overwhelming winning spirit makes him the right choice to handle the toughest cases efficiently, expediently, and with unparalleled professionalism. One of the things you will find is that once you become a client, you’re always a phone call away from the help you need.
